Apply to the Program of Your Choice
The first step you should take before applying to any study abroad program is to discuss your interests with Global Education. To set up an appointment, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 617-324-7239.
Applying for any study abroad program takes advance planning to ensure that the program fits your academic needs, that you have all of the required forms completed, and that you have enough time to get a student visa if you need one! Here are the application procedures by program:
You can apply online for the Cambridge-MIT Exchange (CME), the MIT-Madrid program, and the IAP-Madrid program through MIT Horizons, an application and travel information system. Before applying, you should first check the specific eligibility requirements and deadlines for your program:
Once you’re ready, you can apply on the MIT Horizons website. Please note that the first time you use Horizons, you will need to establish a password, which will be sent to your MIT e-mail address. Once you start an application, you can log back in at any time to complete it.
Please meet with the faculty coordinator of the exchange program to discuss application procedures and deadlines.
