How to Establish a New Program

Global Education can help you create a new study-abroad program or an academic exchange for students.

In recent years, the office helped create programs such MIT-Madrid (a semester study-abroad program) and IAP-Madrid (faculty-led Spanish II course in Madrid), and exchanges such as the Hong Kong-MIT Exchange in Course 4, University of Pretoria-MIT Exchange in Course 16, and Sciences Po-MIT Exchange in Paris for SHASS.

The office can assist with program design and developing the memoranda of agreement. Other services include help with setting up processes and procedures such as recruitment, admissions, transfer credit, student preparation, pre-departure orientation, and health and safety.
