Book a Company Presentation/Information Session

All company presentations and information sessions on campus must be scheduled directly with MIT Conference Services through their online request form. Approved presentations will be accessible to students on our Company Presentations page.

To post off-campus presentations on this list, please email CareerBridge with the name of your organization, presentation date, start time, end time and specific location.

If you choose to hold your information session off campus:

To reserve facilities at the Hyatt Regency, call: 617-441-6483.
Other hotels near campus also provide public meeting rooms.
