What GECD Career Services Can Do For You
Global Education & Career Development's goal is two-fold: to assist employers in coordinating successful on- and off-campus recruitment of MIT students and to provide students with opportunities to interact with network professionals and obtain high-quality internships and full-time positions.
Thank you for your interest in recruiting at MIT!
GECD’s advisement of students and recruiting policies and procedures are guided by MIT’s mission and the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and its Principles for Employment Professionals.
GECD serves the needs of undergraduates (including Sloan), graduates, post-docs and MIT alumni. In addition to the services provided by GECD, the following academic departments conduct their own recruiting: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Sloan School of Management (Sloan MBA’s).
